Driven on Dreams Racing was officially founded in 2006, but was set in motion years before. Founder and driver Danny Foraie believes you should always chase your dreams. That foundation belief led him to pursue many different action packed sports. He has raced motocross, snowmobiles and rode bareback broncs on the rodeo circuit. He now races asphalt ovals all across western Canada and the north-western states. 2008 will see him enter his sixth season in stock car racing. Shifting Gears Dan got serious about his desire to compete in the highest race level possible in 2006. To pursue this, a consultant was hired to help create a sponsorship & marketing program. The teams' official web site was launched at www.drivenondreams.com and a new Grand Prix race car was built. Driven on Dreams Racing Philosophy Dan's belief is that you should always give your absolute best effort. But racing cars is an expensive venture. To be competitive, you need great support, a dedicated pit crew, and to win you need a fast car. This year, our team will include energetic individuals from Golden, BC as well as the Columbia Valley and Alberta. Our team will be aggressive while maintaining a high standard of operation and professionalism. We are fortunate to have members with prior Northwest Tour racing experience, as well as an advanced mechanical background. Winning is our goal.
